Meet Bryce A. Keller
Residential Designer & Project Manager | 20+ Years of Design and Construction Experience
Bryce A. Keller has been working in architectural design, project coordination, and construction-related services since 2004. Over the past two decades, he has gained experience across residential, commercial, renovation, and large-scale development projects, giving him a practical understanding of how design, permitting, and construction come together.
Bryce began his career as a freelance designer while earning his degree from Westwood College, where he graduated at the top of his class and was recognized for leadership, perseverance, and academic achievement.
Throughout his career, Bryce has worked with architectural, construction, and consulting firms including Wayne C. Siu Architects, Permit Advisors, KAYO Builders, and Ellerbe Becket/AECOM. His experience has included architectural drafting and design, project management, site supervision, construction administration, safety assessments, and coordination between property owners, contractors, consultants, and other project professionals.
Today, Bryce brings that experience to California homeowners dealing with one of the more complicated sides of residential property ownership: unpermitted construction and ADU legalization.
He works with property owners who need help developing plans for existing conditions, ADUs, garage conversions, additions, and other residential improvements that may need to be brought through the permitting process.
Bryce understands that many homeowners come to the process after receiving a city notice, purchasing a property with undocumented improvements, preparing to sell or refinance, or simply discovering that work completed years ago may never have been properly permitted.
His approach is straightforward: understand what exists, determine what documentation and plans may be needed, and help the property owner move toward a clear path forward.
With more than 20 years of design and project experience, Bryce combines technical knowledge with practical problem-solving to help homeowners navigate challenging residential projects with greater clarity and confidence.
